Įėjus į patalpas tvyrojo nemalonus, senovinis kvapas. Visur matėsi voratinkliai. Patalynė buvo nelyginta, atrodė taip, lyg kažkas joje jau būtų miegojęs prieš mus. Langai purvini, o už jų – sumestos padangos ir plytos. Tikrai gaila sumokėtų pinigų ir niekada čia nebegrįšiu. Be to, atsiskaitymo reikalavo grynais, pinigus liepė palikti ant stalo išvykstant. Sąskaitos, į kurią galėčiau pervesti pinigus, negavau, o Booking.com taip pat nieko nenuskaičiavo.

Viskas gerai, šeimininkai nuostabūs.

Vrzaly a nešly zavřít dveře do ložnice, netekla pořádně teplá voda. Až na ventilačku v ložnici nešly otevřít okna a nikde nebyly záclony. Televize nefungovala.

Great, quite location. Good facilities and very friendly staff. The rooms are lot bigger in reality. Love private garden where my kids were absolutely safe to play.Very affordable price.

The apartment looks good and is roomy and all basic expectations are provided in limited way. The wife of the host is very helpful and his son was the only one who can talk with us in English. Both hosts do not have ample English, but we were able to have some basic understanding.

The first thing we noticed is that the linen and towels were old used and with bad smell, which was funny because the main problem was that the owner added high additional costs for cleaning and charges which duplicated the booking agreement and was asking for cash because they said they did not have the agreement with booking for payment. They did show us that in fine print these extra charges were in the original agreement, with cleaning entered twice for 2 days stay, again showing the intent was not hospitality but getting the most by listing the booking as good value. Hosting is not an opportunity for milking gusts but an opportunity to earn money from satisfied guests, which is good for business and future popularity. We simply had problems with entering because of improper keys to the gate, and after much time we were able to access the wifi and too much time was spent on the disagreement about the price and payment, so we had asked for cancellation of our 2 days stay and the future stay we had booked with this hosts, so we ended staying only 1 day from 3 and had to pay in cash we had for our other traveling costs (Because we had budgeted to keep paying by my Canadian credit card as we have been doing for many years ob booking's services. We were also sorry to find out that the owner was in hospital for special care which prevented us from meeting with him, but he did his best from the hospital bed and we thanked his rel wonderful wife and oldest son for dealing with the problems we had to deal with which were disappointing to them as well as ourselves. Again I had explained to the oldest son, that Hospitality is making the guests feel welcomed — for success in this business. My hope, is that the owners will learn from my report to supply at least 2*-3* rate towels and linen and charge one cleaning charge per stay, maybe have some basic hosting coffee and even basic supplies like cooking oil salt and paper type of supplies that travelers may need.
