"The niceness at its maximum"

The apartment is conveniently located and is very quiet, comfortable and cozy. Probably the coziest we've been at :) Lots of little nice things create an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. Also, self check-in guide is absolutely clear.

Hard to think of anything, really. Maybe those who travel by their own car would have experienced a bit more difficulties than we have without a car.

"good value, well located, quiet appartment"

Very quiet on courtyard, very well located appartment. Staircases are quite manageable 35 steps in total well lit with handrail -we are both above 70.Kitchen is well equiped ,wifi worked well and bathroom is fine Check in instructions were very clear.

We found the beds too soft A kettle and a soup laddle would be nice

It is one of the best apartments that I ever stayed in. Location is just perfect in the old town, with parking, quiet. The apartment is beautifully designed and it has absolutely everything that you need for short or a long stay. Just perfect. Very good communication with the host.

simple and clear procedure shared before reaching the apartment

Nothing in particular. May be worth mentioning that you need to climb few steps to get to the apartment but its not inconvenient.
