City Dawn Gate Apartment

As a group of college students traveling for the first time to Vilnius, we were worried at first about what it would all turn out to be in reality. We also didn’t want to stay somewhere super expensive and were so excited when we found this place to stay at. Let me just say: every. single. expectation was met and surpassed! It was perfectly located and the host was very communicative with us about everything. She honestly was so very helpful and kind! We loved everything that she supplied there for us and have available without us even asking (towels, toiletries, baking supplies, coffee/tea, wifi, etc). The kitchen was amazing! We cooked a couple of our meals and had such a fun bonding time at the apartment. Honestly it felt like home and we loved it so much! If I could, I would live there for the rest of my life and if I ever go back to Vilnius, I will stay here again and again!!

Very good location, just near the Old Town and the vegetable market. The apartment was well-stocked with all the necessities. It was clean and well-maintained.

There were two building yards near the apartment, which added some noise and dust.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, modern, had everything you need for a pleasant stay

No air conditioner. It’s a common thing in that part of Europe and most of the time it’s not an issue. However, we happened to be there during a few hit days in August and the apartment gets very hot even with open windows. Adding a wall heater/cooler would add a value to the place for sure.

Our family loved their stay at the apartment. At first they were concerned about the possible noise outside since there are some constructions going on however in the end guests said it was quiet and great.

The apartment, located in a very convenient position for services and not far from the beating heart of the city, is spacious, bright, well-equipped, clean, quiet and complete with everything a modern home could have. Having two double bedrooms, it is particularly recommended for couples of friends or even for families with children, but not for people with limited mobility, due to the lack of an elevator. The photos and the description of the apartment correspond perfectly to reality. The stay was really pleasant and, with great pleasure, I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet and hospitable place in Vilnius.

Great location near the gates of dawn and right on the edge of the old town. Great sized room for a family. Great kitchen and WiFi. Within walking distance of the train station. Supermarket and markets within 50m. Nice restaurant downstairs.

The apartment was so clean, new and fresh. There was plenty of space and lot of facilities provided. All the furnishing provided, eg sofa, chairs and bed were very comfortable. The rooms are a lot bigger than they look in the pictures.

The slopping roof in the kitchen could become bothersome after longer term use, as you had to keep ducking your head. We were only there for a weekend so it was not an issue.

The apartments are better than on Fotos. Great location, near an old town, big rooms & as a bonus restaurant on the first floor. Nice to stay with family
