Very handy location between new and old town - short walking distance everywhere. Area is busy but apartment very quiet. Apartment is large, well renovated with perfect layout. There's all you need in kitchen and bathroom - even jacuzzi. Parking in an own garage in the center of a big city is a huge plus if you travel with a car.

Balcony is the only thing we missed, however there's 3 big windows with proper windowsills to sit on.
