The air conditioner did not work! It was just too warm.

Very close to bars and restaurants. Several supermarkets within walking distance too

The air con in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, it made a noise but that was it. So the room was incredibly hot even with the windows open as the room led out on to a courtyard. There was no oven in the property but the property staff very quickly found a solution in a table top oven which was very kind!

The location

The apartment was not clean The towels smelled bad There were some dead insects The bed covers did not smell clean The kitchen was very dirty and all drawers had stains The AC was barley working and it was super hot The washing machine smell was very bad Very disappointed with the cleaness of the apartment however, the location was perfect

Someone mentioned that at the time they didn't have some appliances like a kitchen stove and washing machine but we found a portable induction cooktop in one of the cabinets and also a washing machine but we didn't test if it was functional. Also, there was a fridge. In the end, the stay was worth the money we paid and the location really was great. We recommend staying at this property because in the end our stay was enjoyable. We urge landlords to improve those tiny bits of cleaning problems that were also mentioned before.

The place was not properly cleaned. Towels that were waiting on beds were stinky (it really was a strange unbearable odor) so we had to use ours. We also found a moldy sandwich that was left for quite some time in a nightstand next to the beds which means that cleaning people didn't even bother looking into it. Overall, the place requires deeper cleaning from time to time and someone should check if the place was properly cleaned by cleaning stuff.

The apartment itself. Heating was not working properly. It is too noisy inside due to road traffic and bad isolation that makes sleeping almost impossible.
