Location

Nothing. I booked for 18 days, and only stayed 2 nights even though there was no refund. It was disgusting! Absolutely everything was falling apart frayed wires on appliances, tile and wood flooring was unattached, and the bed room door fell frame fell completely out of the wall as I gently closed the door. The bedding smelled like dirty clothes!

Location is great, all is near to apartment, city center, metro, bus station caffe bars, restorants, stores..., apartment is big with two room, and two bathroom and comfortable living room

My friends and I loved the central location of the apartment, being near Astoria, a public transport hub that has bus, tram and metro links that can go anywhere in the city. The apartment was also very quiet and safe. The host gave us very detailed instructions to find the apartment and to get in. We also liked how well the apartment was furnished and convenient with a kitchen and 2 clean bathrooms. The host even gave us complimentary shampoo, body wash, water and laundry pod. Overall, my friends and I had a lovely stay and thought it was great value for money!

The only few things that weren't quite right would be the shower drains and induction hob. The showers smelt a bit bad when we first got there, but after we used them, the smell went away. And some pots and pans didn't work with the induction hob as they were non-stick but this didn't hinder us that much as we didn't cook many meals. These are only small problems which overall didn't take away from our lovely stay!

We are very disappointed with this choice. We were in Budapest for the new year so I can't say we didn't pay a lot at least, cuz we paid a lot since it was on Christmas season. The apartment is not clean, the walls and the doors are dirty, the carpet is dirty, spiders and spider webs are everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE the pictures speak for themselves. Our kids are afraid of spiders like most children. How should the guests feel about the bathroom or the bed sheets when there is so much dirt around. The entrance and the stairs are also dirty. The bed in the loft was unmade and without sheets. Furthermore the only closet in the apartment was full of laundry from previous guests I suppose. There is no place to arrange your clothes, no hangers, its a shame in such a big apartment, we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases for 6 days. Also we had only one towel for each one of us, so we had to ask for extra towels several times until they finally brought us. They told us that they provide one towel per person. It’s the first time I hear something like this and I think it should have been mentioned somewhere. As shown on the picture we expected a coffee maker but there is only a water kettle.

Contact with personel was very fast and they were very helpfull. Before check in we got very specific instruction so we did't have problem to find the apartment. Also we had a problem with central heating and we got specific instruction how turn it on. Big plus for two bathrooms in the apartment and bottle of water which was waiting for us.

Sadly our stay there was a bit shorter than we initially booked for. The apartment was not clean, table was sticky, floors were beyond dirty. Same goes for the rest of the apartment building, corridors were filled with garbage, food and cigarets on the floors. Also the electricity was working on and off and some time in the evening it shut completely off and was off at least until morning time. The apartment was very cold. Fortunately we only stayed there one night and moved away early morning. But I would not recommend.

Apartment is above a restaurant on the second floor, every time you enter you have to pass the garbage pile stocked at the entrance (smell was very very bad) The apartment itself was very messy and not clean, with hair everywhere in the bathrooms, dirty toilet, sheets that smell, stains on every stair and sofa, sticky fridge .... There is an airco in the livingroom but none in the rooms. Beds were very uncomfortable, rooms had a really musty smell and were very hot. The first day we had no hot water and because we arrived after 22PM it was very difficult the contact someone. The issue was fixed the next afternoon. This place is not recommended at all!!!
