Penthouse Apartment by Hi5 - Cool district

I had one request and the staff has answered on time and arranged it, perfect.

The location, the view

It was very cold downstairs and very warm upstairs. We only got 1 towels per person. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we would hear the elevator from the rooms.

Amazing views from the balcony, Apartment is very modern, Bathroom facilities are great and there is a shower on each floor, Location is good geography wise.

The lounge area has air conditioning and so does one of the bedrooms, the other bedroom has no air conditioning and was over 30 degrees at night time during autumn. the window of this bedrooms is right next to the outdoor elevator so you hear people coming and going all night even with the window closed, if you have the window open you will kept awake all night by people shouting and screaming outside, there are notices posted all over the apartment saying the police will come and fine you 600EUR if you make any noise after 8PM but this is obviously nonsense as the screaming,shouting and very loud noise from other apartments outside doesn't stop until about 5AM, Hi5 cannot do anything about this as this is the only apartment on the 4th floor that they own

Really loved the location, close to so many touristy areas and loved having restaurants and shops so close. The rooftop terrace was also a great feature and there was a ton of space for our group of 4!

Place was missing a lot of essential items and wasn't cleaned well before we arrived. Having reception at another location was also a pain if you needed anything additional.

Very nice, spacious apartment on a great location.

The rooftop seems bigger on the photos and some of the furniture upstairs is broken. The spiral stairs leading to the rooftop seem a little scary as at some point there is nothing under the staircase.

The mattress in 1 bedroom was too soft, every time when I moved my wife moved too and woke up. The same in the opposite guard. There should be install soundproof glass on the both bedrooms windows because they are directly in front of the elevator (1.5 - 2 m) and the common external corridor (it means more noise and less privacy). So, the external window blinds must be closed during the whole day in one of the bedroom. The second one has a frosted glass.

I lost many thing during the stay and no response from woner , They give them self authority to enter apartment any time and then i forget my item
