shower curtain made showering a bit hit and miss - the floor ended up wet often!

Location was great, out of the hub Bub of Zermatt but close enough to everything. Quiet. Very much appreciated the early access to property, Claudia is a very responsive host.

Good location. Easy walking distance to the ski lift and restaurants. Relatively easy check in and check out experience.

No particular complaints. It is located slightly uphill on the other side of the river from the shuttle station so you either have to carry your gear/luggage up there or hire an e-taxi to take you. We walked and it was a little bit of a workout but we managed.

Claudia was super nice and responsive from the first moment. The apartment is quite pretty, clean, comfortable, and it has everything you need to make your stay at Zermatt more than pleasant!
