Daya - Old City Acre

We loved this place! The owners (who are lovely btw) have renovated it marvellously! It has everything you can possibly need for a short vacation: coffe machine, oven, hairdryer, ... We picked Daya because of the balcony and it was a great choice. PS Don't get nervous upon finding the entrance, it will be just as the photos!

Great location, clean and really well appointed. Merav was super responsive and kind. There was a hairdryer missing from the room and she immediately replaced it and had it delivered to us. Also, the bed is exceptionally comfortable!! We’ve been travelling for a long time and both of us said it was the most comfortable mattress we’ve slept on!

A little bit of noise at night which settled down by 10ish. Not a complaint but others might want to know. It’s to be expected here in older places but that’s what you get if you also prefer the charm of stone homes!

incredibly charming apartment in the middle of the old town. the landlord is extremely helpful and fast to answer. the flight of stairs to get to the apartment isn’t so bad.

Our host was super helpful and really on-top of getting us all of the info we needed for check-in and other necessities like WiFi. The space was beautiful, and the location was perfectly central. We liked being in the heart of the Old City. I would recommend this property to others. I would caution you to beware that there are stairs required for entry, but most of our accommodations had stairs. We packed lightly, and the climb was always worth it!

This hidden little gem is in the heart of the old city. It’s a lovely suite that is comfortable and fun.

The entrance is dark and the stairs are steep but all apartments in old town look to be the same. Once inside, it’s a pretty bright apartment.

We loved everything about our stay! Communication with Violetta was very smooth and we received great directions to the suite. Violetta even went above and beyond to help us as we were unable to access a booking website before we reached Israel. The suite was set up wonderfully for our arrival, which was much appreciated after a long day on the road. It was clean, hot water was available, and the kitchenette was well-stocked with crockery, cutlery, a coffee machine, and everything that one might need for a short stay. Do note that the suite is located up some stairs amongst the homes of others, so do be prepared to carry your bags up some stairs. You will be well-rewarded when you arrive at the suite :)

Beautiful room and facilities with nice balcony, in the heart of the Old City

Can be hard to find, but the staff provide very clear instructions on the location, including pictures, so not a major issue.

Well provided directions. Cleaning excellent and when we stayed 4 nights the room was cleaned halfway through. Generous help with storage of bags and late checkout. Great communications.

More cutlery please. Steps to the house were steep but worth it for the balcony and ambience.

it is a beautiful apartment. Modern but traditional in a lovely area of the old city.
