Apartment B

Simple breakfast but had the essentials given it was an apartment and not a hotel. Good location, not far from main shopping areas.

Beds were not very comfortable but could be a personal preference. Lack of cutlery for 4 people staying at property.

Small hole in the wall of room with bunkbed needs repairing.

The apartment was super clean and stocked up with amenities like milk cartons, butter and cereals which i really appreciated after such a long drive up! Craig and Ramsey have been brilliant with updates on the way up/throughout/ on check out and have been easy to get in touch with when needed.

The breakfast provided was good to get us started with our stay and the location of the apartment was good. Parking was easy in the side streets.

When we arrived at the property the door lock on the front door to the building was hanging loose on the inside, meaning that anyone could just push the front door open to gain access to the building. I notified the host immediately to inform them but nothing was done to fix it the whole week we were there. The material on the upright chairs in the lounge is peeling off which meant we had to wipe our clothes each time we used them. Also the bunk bed was very creaky, to the point that it disturbed the sleep for the people in that room. The double bed in the other bedroom was very comfortable though.

Quick reaponse from host. Friendly and very helpful. Beautiful accomodation. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Central Location. Will book again.

Location was perfect, also spot on for cleanliness and comfort.

Hallway noise (sat evening) from other occupants but not bad enough to spoil our stay.

Not sure I found any part enjoyable if I'm honest.

Upon booking it states entire unit wheelchair accesible,entrance into the building has a step which a wheelchair cannot get up. Corridor from main entrance to property door also to narrow for a wheelchair. Claim free parking available but upon day of arrival they send details that on street parking is only available 6pm to 8am. Alternative parking is side street which there is little of or paid parking at a carpark which isn't a short distance for wheelchair user. The sofa in the livingroom is so low you would be aswell sitting on the floor. Not suitable for people who have mobility issues. Stating entire unit is wheelchair accesible but bathroom most certainly is not. No rails or support which you would assume a wheelchair friendly property would have? Hole in the bedroom wall. Blind had been removed from sitting area window and perched in the corner. Both mornings I was awoken before 8am with upstairs neighbours playing a guitar and kids being shouted at. The chairs at the sitting room table have seen better days that's for sure! Cushions on sofa are stained and bleached in areas. The crockery for apartment is full of chips and crack.harbouring god knows how much bacteria. Beggars belief that the property owners actually request a £150 deposit before being given the keys are code for keys. The property is already damaged before arrival its slightly cheeky requesting a deposit.
