"Superb"

Good area, clean and very big rooms. Did have problems with the heating but was resolved within a couple of hours.

No lift and not mentioned. Length of time for refundable deposit to be returned, not ideal. Key pick up in city centre not good because of bus lanes.

"Poor"

The gas pipe to the cooker hob had not been connected. The place filled with gas!! Had to get an emergency gas engineer to visit and fix. Could have been a disaster if we didn't have the sense to know what to do in the circumstances. Its been reported by the engineer and a RIDDOR raised. The landlord/agent didn't seem particularly interested or concerned.

"Our stay way very enjoyable"

The location was great, just about 10 minutes walk to the beach and amusement park.

I did not have the code for the barrier, I had to talk with one of the neighbours to have the code so that I can park my car.
