Location, free parking, Internet, toiletries although didn't use them

The apartment was dirty. The host did send a cleaner to change the bedding which was covered in hair (not sure if dog or human or a mix of both) and clean although she did the bare minimum and missed so much even missing items on the floor that were pointed out. KITCHEN The cooker was disgusting and we didn't feel comfortable using this. The fridge was dirty as well as units. Tea marks near bin area on the wall. LIVING SPACE Very dust, skirting unclean. Floor dirty and appeared to have not been hoovered. Glass/mirrors all fingerprints. BEDROOMS Dirty bedding 2nd half of the day bed has broken slats Thick with dust Juice or something by radiator on skirting The main bed was rickety and noisy, which resulted in a really bad quality of sleep. HALL Intercom filthy BATHROOM The shower head is mouldy. Base of taps ect mouldy Toothpaste around sink. If it was within budget, we would have checked out and went somewhere else. We would recommend the host has a deep clean and invests in new beds.

Location was good, great that there was a designated parking space

Felt like the cleaning of the apartment was very rushed as lots of bits missed.

good property nice leafy location you have to have a vehicle as shops are not close by about 5 minutes in car

no internet that is a problem for international travellers only a few channels the windows didn’t open due to blinds in the way so very stuffy and hot it would be terrible when it’s hot only door opened

Location was great, size was perfect for us with having a newborn baby. It was perfect really bar a few things which let it down.

Communication from host was non existent, almost like there were just automated booking.com messages being sent because I’d messaged numerous times with zero response but still receiving messages from him which was frustrating. it stated the way to contact him was through the app. I’d sent 3x queries and had no reply. The temperature of the property was so high and we were way too hot and we couldn’t find where to turn the thermostat down, the remote control on the TV was not working, and there was no “manual” in the app as suggested that I could see so we didn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi all weekend. The instructions for the lift in the welcome email were not clear so we stood in the lift with all our luggage and a screaming baby for 10 mins trying to work it out. We also tried to bath our newborn each night but the hot water temperature wasn’t good, very luke warm we had to boil the kettle for the bath to get decent hot water. The grout around the bath is pretty horrible with black mould as is the seal for the shower screen and round the taps and bath handles - very off putting! Beds are not very comfortable at all and very rickety and creaky which was also not ideal.

Location excellent, apartment clean and tidy, bottle of wine was a nice surprise, thank you, overall a great place to stay.

Beds a bit uncomfortable, hot water could have been a bit hotter, shower head and hose looking tired, and bath seal could do with replacing, overall though a great place to stay.
