Modernized Condo at Király 51

We stayed there for 3 days and we felt like a home. We were 6 ppl and was spacious enough for us. Great location loved it!!

Everything was okay but if there is a group of ppl like 4-6 ppl then there should be two washrooms. But still it’s manageable.

Only good thing was the location.

Throughout our stay we noticed items were missing, when we checked out we realized the full extent of what had been taken and contacted the property. Very slow in responding and unhelpful, weren't able to confirm if anyone else had access to the apartment or if lock box codes were changed regularly, and were very defensive and accusatory towards us. Booking.com have still not been able to resolve with the property. BEWARE. Not very clean on arrival. Place is a little run down. Beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are awful.

To rent this apartment was the worst experience I have ever had. We had long been in communication about me and my family with two children checking in around 4 PM. We arrived a bit later, around 6 PM, and found a completely unclean and dirty apartment. The owner was unreachable by phone, and the emergency number provided was not in service. Finding a phone number and getting someone to answer on Booking.com took over an hour. After much hassle, a cleaner was sent, and we had to leave the apartment with two small children for an hour while it was being cleaned. At 9 PM, we finally got access to the apartment. I emailed the contact person several times to request compensation, and to this day, I have not received a response! The way they treat those who pay a lot of money is absolutely unacceptable. Moreover, the apartment smelled musty. The washing machine was unusable because it reeked of mold. There is no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, making it extremely hot. The instructions provided before arrival on how to find the code box, etc., are absolutely inadequate and don't even match reality; we had to figure everything out ourselves, and as mentioned, the contact number provided does not exist! I absolutely do NOT recommend renting this apartment.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The apartment's location was also excellent, providing us with easy access to the city's main attractions and the numerous restaurants and shops in the area.

The only downside was the lack of hot water for two days and the non-functional light bulb in the bathroom, but these issues were eventually resolved.

The location is perfect, you can reach almost every famous spot in half an hour on foot

The spaces are not well organized: the kitchen is minuscule and the bathroom gives directly on the kitchen. The bedroom is big enough, but with a lot of empty space in the middle that could have been used in a better way. I would have preferred if there were more cutlery and kitchenware.
