"Aura Marina Apartments"

Aura Marina Apartments sits a stones throw away from the beautiful village centre of Akrotiri. The location is definitely the best point about this property. Outside the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira, but still located near enough amenities to keep you going for a stunning week. It's our second time visiting this stunning island, having stayed more central the last time we opted for a more scenic location this time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Danai, the host, is on call whenever you need her. We asked for recommendations for restaurants, mainly a place to try a proper homemade moussaka, and she delivered on her recommendation. The check-in and check out process was smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend a stay at Aura to anyone wanting a holiday in Santorini!!

The owner was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and very comfortable I really enjoyed staying here it was a peaceful location, not much noice. The bed’s were comfortable to sleep (that’s very important for me) the room had a nice kitchen were we could make our own breakfast with a nice balcony with beautiful views over Santorini, definitely recommend!!

Außergewöhnlich freundlicher Kontakt. Danai und George leben Kundenorientierung und kommunizieren proaktiv und helfen sofort bei Anliegen. Sehr saubere Anlage, schöne Architektur, ruhige Lage und schöne Aussicht.

Die Bilder sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen. Ich war anfangs von der Realität etwas enttäuscht. Auch wäre ein Lageplan der Appartements, die in zwei Reihen am Berg angeordnet sind und sich auch hinsichtlich Zugang zum Pool unterscheiden, vorab hilfreich für die Auswahl. Die privaten Tauchbecken sind an sich eine gute Idee, aber jedes hat eine große, brummende Reinigungsanlage und so brummt es draußen von allen Seiten. Neben und oberhalb der Anlage werden fleißig weitere Häuser gebaut. Der Baulärm hält sich zwar in Grenzen, aber es sollte in der Beschreibung zumindest darauf hingewiesen werden. Während die Wohnung selbst fast neu wirkt, besteht in den Badezimmern dringend Handlungsbedarf. Insbesondere die beiden Duschen sind stark abgenutzt, bei einer ließ sich nur ein Teil der Tür schließen, bei beiden war die Armatur kaputt. Man konnte zwar duschen, aber für den relativ hohen Preis pro Nacht sollte ein Ersatz drin liegen…
