Lokacija samog objekta 5 minuta do plaže, objekt se nalazi u samom centru velikog grada Alicantea

Čistoća objekta, samo jedni ključevi na nas četvero koji smo bili u apartmanu, pristup vlasnika apartmana ne javlja se na mobitel ne odgovara na poruke zvali smo ga čim smo sletili u alicante nije se javljao dok nismo došli do apartmana i tamo ispred čekali kod ulaznih vrata u zgradu dok netko od stanara nije izašao van da možemo ući u zgradu gdje smo zatekli gazdu kojinje kao čistio naš apartman i rekao nam da neće biti to još 2 3 h počišćeno i da idemo negdje u grad dok on to počisti napominjem da smo došli i nakon što je bio termin prijave u apartman
