Si, me el alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones en perfecto estado y la anfitriona muy compresiva y amable

En las fechas que estuve, hubo las fiestas del edificio y encendían la música desde las 23h hasta las 3am. Eso fue lo único realmente desagradable malo del sitio

Location and urbanization are excellent! The apartment has a great swimming pool (with free beach chairs) and an HVAC system (not just air conditioning, but also ventilation). There’s also a wonderful pool view. Inside, you’ll find some extra items left by previous guests, like two beach umbrellas and a few plastic beach toys for kids. We decided to continue this tradition and left a beach blanket - please feel free to use it if you don’t have your own! It’s a very friendly place, right next to a park and only about an 8–10 minute walk to a fantastic beach. The owner is a wonderful person - she even helped us with a cheap taxi contact

Some really minor things that are easy to fix. They definitely don’t affect your stay, and I’m quite sure they will be taken care of after the season, when the workload is much lower. In the bathroom, the door handle was broken, and the HVAC system was a little noisy (but not critical at all — it didn’t cause any problems with sleeping).

Had a great stay, I felt very comfortable here. The apartment is very nice, we had everything we needed and a friendly host. And the area here, San Juan playa, is clean, quiet, there's a nice park next door, the beach, and a relaxing atmosphere.
