Not clean. For example : hair in the bathroom cabinet. Electricity problems.
DEThe apartment is located in the center of Alicante! It's only a few min walk to a lot of cafés, restaurants, bars, the tram and even the harbour and beach. I can recommend the apartment to everyone who wants to stay in the middle of the city for a good price. Moreover, the host replied quickly to our questions and helped us with every question.

The lift is ridiculous. You need to press the button continuously for over two minutes to go up 4 floors. And careful moving around too much or it will stop. All is arranged to be as cheap as possible. There are not even the most basic things like salt, a bit of oil, spare toilet paper. One roll to last for four days, seriously? There was only a pan, which hadn't been cleaned, and a small pot, the rest were in such bad shape that were unfit to be used. No dishwasher. Nothing was ready at check-in. We had to ask for the apartment to be cleaned, which delayed our entrance 90 minutes. We were offered to leave 90 minutes late at checkout. The materials are low quality, the French door frame is cracked and so is the floor. The whole place feels cheap. Not worth it.
