We loved the stay! Super nice place in a great location with beautiful views. The beach, public transport stops and supermarkets are a few minutes walk from the apartment and you can easily and quickly get to the city center by a tram. You can enjoy both sea view and archeological sightseeing view from the apartment. The place was very clean and the apartment was equipped with everything necessary starting from the kitchen to the bathroom. The host is very nice. We definitely recommend the place. This bright and modern place is ideal for a group of friends.

The building has been under reconstruction for a few months but we only learned a few days before our arrival. Maybe there could be some information about that, as the workers woke us up every day at 8 AM with noise and worked just behind our windows. The lock in the bathroom didn´t work.

Beatriz was excellent really supportive. Good size apartment and lovely pool not to fat to walk to tram.

Electrics go off often so need to keep checking fuse box, emptying air conditioning water bottles where heavy to lift to the sink

Limited parking place. Building is still in construction. Two curtains missing and two curtains broken in living room. Owner promised to install it on second day, but no appearance.

5 min walk to the beautiful beach Albufereta. Apartment has everything you need, feels like home.

The mattresses are a bit old and soft. In one of the rooms the bed is creaks, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep and turn because it makes sound.

Good location, not far from shops and beach, l Although we didn't go to that beach and went to SanJuan, by tram it is easily accessible. There was enough room for us - 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Quite good place for a shirt stay and when you spend most of the time being out. Beds are comfortable. Washing machine, dishwasher was available, although after washing dishes it left some stains on the plates, looks like didn't rinse properly, so we had to wash in the sink most of it. Coffee machine was a bonus, so you have everything that you need for a short stay.

Overall experience of our stay. The shower was leaking. After each shower, we had to drain the floor. This was quite inconvenient as the last thing we needed to spend on holiday was to clean the shower floor. It wasn't just a few drops to clean. It was a proper puddles, the mop in the property helped a lot with that. On a second day, we woke up to another puddle in the kitchen, found out the boiler leaked, and ruined tea and coffee that we bought for our stay, so we were disappointed with that. Then, later in the evening, he had been contacted by staff to advise that engineers were on the way, so we couldn't even go out and wait for them. Then, we were left with no hot water until the boiler was replaced. We also had to stay the next morning for engineers to come back to replace a boiler. I understand things can go wrong, but obviously, that has ruined our short stay. We have opened a dispute, and we're offered to find another place, and management of the property would reimburse it . Can you imagine trying to do it on your holiday, pack all bags, and move again, but also spend time online trying to find another place... this was ridiculous for us. However, booking offered compensation and put some credit on our account, which was 1/11th of the total cost. This is absolutely unacceptable, so we were not happy with our experience there and the way things went. we were told that a shower will not be fixed until the end of our stay. We didn't use the kettle as the water stank with plastic from it. It appears that kettle was never cleaned as there were tons of limescale in it, which we had to clean off as much as we could, but still didn't help with smell and taste of the water. One of the bedroom balcony doors had a massive crack on the glass, which we didn't even spot as never opened curtains in that room until the end of the stay. High safety hazar, glad that no accidents has happened.
