It was clean. The layout was good. Next to a piazza

Location was not good for seniors. Misleading photos. No change of linen. We had to buy toilet paper.

The property is as described a 5 minute walk to the far end of Postiguet beach (the less crowded end, away from the main town). There is also a tram stop at this end of the beach to go further up to Playa San Juan and further, which is great. A nice 15 minute walk along the back streets takes you into the town, or up the hill to the castle, or to Santa Cruz district. The property was very clean and the sheets were impeccably laundered, which we appreciated. We also loved the mirador and cafes there, as well as being near the panaderia and convenience store.

The sewers really are an issue; there is a drain cover right outside the front door which needs a few litres of bleach poured down it daily because the whole apartment smelled bad from start to finish. The host kindly brought some bathroom 'smellies' but all that does is mask the issue. Also, this is not an apartment you can hang out in for any length of time, there is no outside space and the living area is very small. However, for short trips the location makes that worth it. The property would benefit from a refresh, the facilities are tired - at least a coat of paint would be good.

Location was perfect, beach is just round the corner, close to old town and local restaurants. There are lots of shops around to buy basic things, food market is about 15 minutes walk, Santa Barbara castle is just opposite. Location is perfect. Postiquet Beach, which is just round the corner is one of the best beaches in this town.

Cute house in good location. Easy walk to beach and lift to castle. Quiet. Nicely decorated. Good heating. Comfortable beds.

Sewerage smell in bathroom but we closed the door so we couldn’t smell it.

Casola Beach House is conveniently located close to everything: beach, boardwalk with restaurants , Mercado, etc. House is nicely decorated and has everything that you might need. Easy check in and out, great communication with the hosts .

The property was in a fantastic location just up from the square and beach. There was a lovely local community surrounding it and really nice spots to go for breakfast and dinner with 5 restaurants, a bakery, a butchers and two grocery shops . The house itself was beautiful with a rustic decorated interior and so comfortable

Great location. The property is a turn key home away from home, situated in a local neighbourhood away from the touristy centre. Short walk to beach, Castillo and city centre. Easy transfer from rail station using the tram. A great place to reset using the facilities for laundry and kitchen to enjoy all the local Mercado Central purchases.

A nice little house, well equipped, near the beautiful beach and the city centre.

The toilet was quite clogged when we arrived and was getting worse the first day. I sent a message asking for help the second morning, but they could not help us. The next morning we left as planned, but I have to say that the toilet situasjon was guite ruining our good impression of the place.
