"I would not ever return or recommend this apartment to anyone."

The interior of the apartment looked nice. The owner was friendly on the phone. The pool is clean and nice

The instructions to check-in were so confusing with 2 different lock boxes in different buildings. Multiple different keys and elevators to finally try to find the apartment. The exterior of the building looks very run down. Very disappointing on arrival. There are no places to eat within walking distance, only one small store with very little groceries. We found cockroaches in the apartment. The apartment is described as having air conditioning and not did have one portable unit that barely cooled the living room only. No air in the bedrooms. I was really looking forward to our stay here at the beach but I feel that the trip was not enjoyable for us because of this apartment and its location.

"Apartment ok but definitely not a 9.1 in my opinion"

Great view from balcony, apartment was nice style but could do with a good clean in some areas

Apartment smelt of cigarettes on arrival and the bathroom area and facilities were not clean and needs updating, poor flush system toilet leaked water and just wasn’t pleasant to wash in

"A beautiful sea view apartment for an excellent value"

Beautiful sea view from the balcony and multiple amenities (fully stocked kitchen with seasonings, coffee, sugar, tea, for example). Bus and tram stop both just a short walk away. Excellent communication from the host!

Using multiple keys to enter the property was tricky at first but once we had done it a few times it was no problem. It was also difficult for us to get a cab from the property itself.

"It was a nice stay and my kids really enjoyed it."

The location is really good, the host is very friendly and patient. We had some problem during the stay but the host tried to solve it as much as he can. I really like the big balcony! The public transport is very convenient and the beach is nearby. I really like the store nearby. They can not speak English but they were SUPER friendly and helpful!

I am very sensitive to noise in the evening when I sleep so I chose this one because it is quiet according to the reviewers. However, I think it is a general issue of the building about the sound insulation. We can clearly hear the sound of flushing toilet, closing the door, using water from neighbourhood. Except this, I think it is more quiet than the noise from the motorcycle.
