In generale è un po' trascurata, basterebbe poco per farla diventare molto più accogliente. Lo scarico del wc funziona male ed è necessario tirare lo sciacquone 3,4 a volte 5 volte.

La posizione e la gentilezza dello staff.

Da rimodernare il bagno della camera verde.

Pretty expensive price for a single night

It was not as we expected. The location is very central in Anacapri, 3 min walk from the Piazza Victoria and the Seggiovia chair lift. Other than that the place is highly overpriced and seems like an old refurbished place. In the bathroom the shower is partially broken and you can not put it on the wall, neither you have an above shower cap. The toilet cistern is broken and it's almost impossible to let the water run into the toilet. The bed sheets were obvious washed but there were pale yellow stains on them and seemed very used, as well as the towels. After we checked in I looked in booking and saw other places for the same price per night that looked much newer, fancier and bright. The host was very kind though.

The location was great. It is right in the heart of Anacapri and very easy to get to shopping, the chair lift, buses, and restaurants. The balcony was large and had nice views of the water.

The property is up a very very steep incline and dragging heavy luggage up the cobblestone driveway is challenging. The room was nice but needs a bit of a renovation and solid cleaning. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay.
