La posizione centrale e l'appartamento caratteristico, rendono l'atmosfera speciale.

Mancava la cura di alcuni particolari, la pietra nei muri emanava tanto l'odore di chiudo, forse due profumatori per ambiente avrebbero aiutato a profumare l'aria interna. Poco spazio nell'armadio.
