価格は安く、部屋も和室とベッドルームに分かれており使い勝手が良かった。 洗濯機、レンジ、IH、ポット、キッチンツール等揃っておりハンガーも沢山準備されていた。

キッチンの壁は油ハネ、隅にはホコリがあり、あまり清掃が行き届いていないと感じた。連泊だったが、清掃、タオル,シーツ交換、ゴミ収集等は入らないため、連泊の場合は自身で洗濯、掃除をするつもりで宿泊をしたほうが良い。

There is very little space to store luggage

The location was pretty good, close to shops and restaurants. Airport shuttle stop is at Prince Hotel, that is only 3mins walk away, so it is quite handy. I loved the bath tub and the cleanliness of the place.

It is probably too small for 4 people. They didn’t supply washing powder. Also there were not enough toilet paper/tissue supplied for our long stay. But when I asked them to supply more, they did in no time, so it was good. There wasn’t a vacuum cleaner, but there was a lint roller for floor, so you can get rid of hair and dust from the floor. It may be a bit hard to stay there long because there are no chairs. Only low table and zaisu (chair like furniture, without legs) were there.

Really comfortable apartment for group travelers! Convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Cozy tatami room, all amenities in the kitchen. Definitely recommend.

Maybe a bit of a walk from Sapporo station, but we just took a taxi most of the time.

For us, the location is great walking distance to Tanuki walking street with a few convenient stores near by. Airport shuttle bus (Sapporo Prince Hotel) station (S29) just about 250 m away

Place was as advertised. Small, but spacious enough for a Japanese apartment. The beds, futons, and furniture were comfortable. It was cramped for our family of four but it was adequate. We had a lot of baggage since we went skiing later. The location was very convenient for access to the Susukino area and Odori Park.

Could have used better instructions on the trash and different trash containers for sorting.

great location near to town, separate toilet and bathroom which is very convenient for group and family. Ice and hot water available in bath room, I like using ice water for face cleaning

A strong bad smell, and you can’t check in early then 3pm. they use e-check in.

The apartment is cozy and very near to Tanikukoji and easy access to a few good eateries near the apartment. Easy to get to the airport, just a short walk to the bus stop at Sapporo Prince hotel to catch the limousine bus to New Chitose Airport

Access to the apartment was a bit confusing. The instructions could have been clearer. Suggest to put a small stool or chair at the door for guest to sit down to put on their shoes. Also there’s no knife or spatula in the kitchen.
