The apartment was very centrally located only a few minutes walk from everything. There was a washing machine and a washroom with shower and bath, toilet separate and a small kitchen/living area. We were really comfortable here.

The check in was online and you received a QR code which didn’t work when we got there. Others checking into the building had the same problem. Wifi wouldn’t connect to some of our phones and a/c only on living area. Have to keep doors of bedroom open to get a little bit. Cooking utensils were minimum.

Clean small place for family of 4.

No plastic bag for trash, slow response from owner, no scissor, no clothing detergent, futon abit thin, no broom. Wanted to sweep the place to keep it clean but no cleaning facility.

Great location and good value.

Check in is a bit annoying via a tablet, but not too bad.

The location is great, 10 minutes walking distance to Tanukikoji shopping street, in a calm neighborhood. The appartment is functional, there is one comfortable double bed, and tatami beds to install in the japanese-style living room.

The self check in process is quite complicated upon arrival, a lot of information to register about each person, it's time-consuming and tiring.

Place is clean and spacious. No issues with wifi, hot shower.

Bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Booking and check-in process is a hassle.
