"Good location but struggled to check in"

Located in central Sapporo. Can take airport bus from Prince Hotel which is only 200 m away.

Lack of instruction on how to check in. We had to keep all garbage inside the apartment during our stay. There were not enough kitchen utensils (e.g. kitchen knife). The building smelled strange (food? food garbage?). There was a washing machine but no laundry pole or drying rack.
