Perfect location for my needs

The property was clean however, the master bedroom linen smelt stale. Even when sheets appeared to be clean, The towels were clean however, still had a stale smell. The floors needed a good mop with disinfectant. The position of the master bedroom was at the front on a main road so I had to leave the windows closed. Sorry I think your cleaner needs to do a better job. A hairdryer would have been a nice addition.

Location was great. Unit was clean with all I needed.

A modest property but with everything we needed for a weekend mostly spent at the film festival at the cinema, just over 5 minutes walk. The shower was excellent, the kitchen pretty good, though we didn't cook any meals there. The table was good for 4 people. The bed was comfy, lighting was good.

Street noise from traffic at times. It was reduced if we kept the windows closed, but then the bedroom had no fresh air, though it had a ceiling fan. The key case was tricky to use, set very low and readable only when kneeling on the concrete. The wall clock battery had failed, the bedroom clock was about 15 minutes late. One of the dining chairs was quite unstable with 3 of its 4 screws missing. There was no soap for the bathroom.

Location, size, inclusions, layout.

Requires some minor maintenance. One kitchen chair is wobbly and a bolt fell out from underneath. Clock on dining wall not working.

Great location easy walk to my daughters and shops.
