I have never left a poor review before, but this is it: A LOT! When sitting in the sofa(bed) the large metal rod to the bed protrudes into your backside. The barstools, patio chairs and desk chair are hard plastic and uncomfortable. I had to put a bed pillow in the seat. There was no cutting board and the lids didn't fit the pans. Black pepper corns , but no pepper grinder. No salt in either of the shakers. The clocks were all showing the wrong time. The Keurig machine didn't work properly. When I did manage to get a cup of coffee out of it, it was translucent and there were grounds in it. The wall outlet in the bathroom was so worn out that my curling iron wouldn't stay in the socket, I had to plug it in the outlet in the kitchen- curl a chuck of my hair in the kitchen, then go to the bathroom to see if it was done right, this took multiple trips every morning. The parking situation was a hot mess. You are suppose to leave your car near the garage entrance, go back uphill to the entrance, use the entry code, then take the elevator to the garage, press the door open button, run like hell to get into your car, start it, and make it through the gate before it closes! It took me twice, unless I was suppose to leave my car running in downtown Seattle. Then once inside the garage you cannot use the elevator to get back to the unit, so you have to use the garage door to exit, then back up the hill, use the door code, then up the elevator to the unit. This was very physically demanding (not at all relaxing), time consuming, and a MAJOR hassle, especially for $25 a night. There are plenty of other parking options near by. Oh, the TV didn't work, I imagine dead batteries and the Internet connection was very poor, couldn't watch TV (even though I signed into my streaming service). The "host" management team was on a flight and unavailable to offer any assistance during my stay.

The location was wonderful and the apartment had great views. It was very comfortable for 3 people.

The microwave didn't work - there was a very strong burning smell and the coffee machine didn't seem to be working properly either which was disappointing.

The host was very helpful. The view was beautiful. The apartment is clean and nice. The location is also very good!

The only bad thing was that we couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work.

Great location in a safe area, super close to the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden, Museum of Pop Culture, and seashore. The apt was extremely clean and cozy with all necessary toiletries available. Communication with the team was good - they responded to my questions in a timely manner and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Also, the view was great!

The only thing I didn't like was the small water heater capacity, and the shower hot water stops running hot after ~20-25 min of using a shower.

No manual for cooker oven. Unfamiliar for folk from Uk and Europe.
