VIVIENDA SAN AGUSTÍN

Tolle Wohnung, groß und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung nicht so wie in allen Apartments sondern nett und individuell. Die Lage ist auch toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es hat uns nicht gestört aber man muss wissen dass es zwei steile Treppen hochgeht. Die sind leicht zu schaffen aber wer eingeschränkt ist, sollte vielleicht eine andere Wohnung mieten.

Todo, pero especialmente la atención. El anfitrión es una excelente persona, muy amable y predispuesto a facilitarte la estadía. Un genio.

Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, hübsch möbliert und eingerichtet, unkomplizierter herzlicher Vermieter, ruhiges Schlafzimmer dank doppelter Fenster, gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt, gutes WLAN

Tout était parfait.Sur une petite place tranquille non loin du barrio Santa Cruz.Appartement très confortable lumineux et plein de petites attentions de la part de l'hôte.Accueil adorable et serviable.Super!

Lovely place, very cosy and decent location near city centre. We were glad to come back here for a few mid-afternoon siestas in Seville’s intense heat. Host is very helpful too.

Just note it’s 2 floors of stairs up in case you have big luggage

Великолепная квартира, превзошла наши ожидания. Очень чисто, очень комфортно, великолепная кровать и принадлежности. На кухне есть вся необходимая техника, все для приготовления пищи - соль, сахар, масло, даже кофе и чай. До собора, Алькасара и любой точки центра всего 10-15 минут пешком, нам вообще не пришлось пользоваться транспортом. Хозяин квартиры Vicente любезно встретил нас у входа в дом, помог поднять багаж в квартиру, приготовил карту Севильи и письменные рекомендации о достопримечательностях, ресторанах, таблао. От всего сердца рекомендуем этот апартамент!

Comfortable, clean, really well equipped accommodation. The host was amazing.

The 2 locks on the room door can be a little tricky

L’appartamento era perfetto curato in ogni minimo particolare,Vincent persona molto accogliente e disponibile.Appartamento comodissimo per visitare la città .

- The owner is very nice, attentive and helpful. - The appartment and everything in it (toilet, kitchen, living room, sheets, towels) was very clean. - Great location, on a walking distance from everything. There's also an electric-bikes station right next to the appartment. Supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM, restaurants, bars..were all very close. - The appartment was equipped with everything we needed. -The appartment hasa good size. We were too people and it was very comfortable

- The only negative aspect was that it's on the second floor without stairs. So if you're an elderly person or if you have any mobility problems, it might not be the best option.
