We recently stayed in the hotel with my wife and our three children, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts, and the free depot was a great convenience for our family. The price was very reasonable, and we truly appreciated the warm and supportive service provided by Georg and his team. Thank you for your hospitality!

A couple of minor issues. There were times when no one was available at the reception, which made it a bit challenging when we needed assistance. Additionally, we found that a first aid kit was not available in our flat, which would have been helpful during our stay. Despite these small hiccups, we had a great time and would certainly consider staying with you again in the future.

The Hausmeister and his wonderful dog was there to greet us as we arrived! He walked us through the rooms we were staying in and gave us the keys upon completion of the tour.

There are no areas for which the Hausmeister to improve. I will absolutely stay there again on our next trip.

The apartment might look and feel a bit outdated, but everything worked as it should and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the location of the property is super close to the main ski lifts. We also really liked that a locker near the ski lifts was available so we could store our skis and booths super close to the lift! Price/quality wise this was a great deal because many other hotels/apartments in Serfaus might be a bit more modern, but are also way more expensive. We also used the infrared cabin and sauna which was a nice extra!

There was no trash bin in the apartment which we though was a bit odd. Also the payment process could be modernized, I had to pay a deposit upfront via bank transfer and I know other hotels/apartments can do via credit card which is way easier and more secure.
