Good location and kitchen well equipped, we appreciated the small cleaning kit provided with dishwashing liquid and a laundry pod… especially because it was necessary

The apartment lacks maintenance and the service of the company was very poor. The apartment is a collection of ancient furniture that’s falling apart, the cheapest ikea items you can find and a collection of stuff that contributes nothing and is just gathering dust. I literally had a chair break when I sat on it! There was not a single item in the kitchen which we could use without giving it a good scrub first, from cutlery to cups and glasses to pans everything was dirty or poorly washed. The service was laughable, they ask a million times for your arrival time without giving the reasoning which is that they don’t have enough resources to attend check-ins flexibly. When I said we could give them 1 hour warning they complained and said the needed at least 3, Why not use a lock box??? We did the online registration, there was no value to doing the key handover in person. When I arrived the place smelled like cigarettes, they answered my message quickly that someone would come right away with a machine to filter out the smell. I asked to please be informed before they arrived, they came two days later while we were out, allowing themselves into the apartment without our permission and locking us out while the machine was functioning. Our stay lasted more than a week, so we also asked for additional towels. The response was that these would come at an additional cost, as if this was a hostel and not a premium accommodation that we paid generously for. Their excuse was to blame this person and say they were new made a mistake. Yet, when the additional towels which they agreed to without a cost didn’t arrive and we reminded them, we were told once more they come at cost. (Was this person also wrong?!) After these negative interactions I refused to engage further with them. While the location is a gem, if you’re a light sleeper I suggest staying elsewhere, the busy central streets can get noisy and the cathedral’s bell tower can be heard through the windows.

Pas de lave-vaisselle. Aucun produit d'accueil ( pas de café, ni thé ni huile ni sucre ... ). Ce n'est pas très grave mais dommage car ca ne coûte pas grand chose et parmettrait de se sentir mieux accueilli.

Nos ha encantado!!! La ubicación no puede ser mejor: en pleno centro de Sevilla, con todo a mano y, aun así, un ambiente tranquilo para disfrutar de las noches en la terraza y dormir sin ruido. El estilo del alojamiento es precioso, lleno de encanto y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las fotos reflejan bien el espacio, pero en persona es todavía más impresionante. La vista desde la terraza es simplemente espectacular: la Giralda parece estar al alcance de la mano. Había leído un comentario sobre la falta de sombra en la terraza, pero os digo que lo han solucionado porque ahora hay sombrillas y se está perfectamente a cualquier hora del día (y en la noche!). Es cierto que hay bastantes escaleras, pero eso ya se ve claramente en las fotos, y de verdad merece la pena cuando llegas arriba y ves esas vistas. El WiFi funcionó de maravilla y la comunicación con el equipo que mantiene el piso fue rápida, clara y muy amable. Y un detalle que nos encantó: ¡los libros son de verdad! Pensábamos que era papel pintado, pero no, es una auténtica biblioteca, preciosa y muy original con una escalera super chula. Vamos que desde que entramos nos quedamos boquiabiertas. En resumen, un sitio especial que recomendaríamos sin dudar. Repetiríamos encantadas!!

The location was very central so easy to access the main tourist sights with plenty of eating and drinking in close proximity.

There are a lot of stairs at the property, some of them quite steep. The outside patio was up even more steep stairs which made it difficult to take out drinks or food and there was no shade making it difficult for sitting for any length of time. There was also no view from inside the property. It would have been useful to have had some tourist guides, maps at the property.
