Apartamentos Doña Concha

Terrible experience and zero empathy. I suffered a severe, life-threatening accident on May 7th, was hospitalized, and received an official medical prohibition to travel (Force Majeure). I informed the host immediately on May 8th. The host had a full week to re-rent the apartment to other guests, but they absolutely refused to cooperate, waive the cancellation fee, or mitigate the loss. Instead, they just kept my money while I was in the hospital. Avoid this place if you value basic human decency and safety – they will just profit from your medical emergency.

Apartment was clean, very spacious and the location was very central. The management was really nice and helpful. I really enjoy my stay.

Good location, free public parking spots on the street (if you are lucky).

Our specific apartment was located on the ground floor and it was very noisy due to cars and pedestrians walking by the window. The overall condition of the apartment was poor, it need some renovation. Same for the appliances for example the coffee maker wasn't usable/sanitary, it was rusty.

Breve soggiorno, ma ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Gli spazi erano ampi e comodi, accoglienti. È stato facilissimo accedere all'alloggio e l'host è sempre stato efficiente nelle risposte ai nostri dubbi e ci ha dato consigli molto utili! Top!!! A presto! ☺️❤️

Tutto oltre le aspettative. Al primo posto la loro disponibilità, i loro suggerimenti, il check-in e tutte le info date una settimana prima della partenza. I bagagli lasciati prima e dopo i check, la posizione, l'igiene, la posizione strategica...tutto super fantastico. Super consigliato

Odlična nastanitev! Lokacija je v bližini osrednjih znamenitosti, do katerih se je zlahka sprehoditi. Predvsem pa je osebje izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Vse informacije o lokalnih restavracijah v bližini in v središču mesta sem prejel še pred prihodom v Sevillo. Vsakodnevno se je osebje ponudilo za kakršno koli pomoč, me vsako jutri vprašalo, če se dobro počutim ali še kaj potrebujem.

The place was clean and spacious, well equipped. We loved the balcony. But above everything, our hosts were most kind and welcoming, assisting us on each step, prior, during and after our stay. Loved it! And will most definitely return!

Amazing apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. The shared balcony is really nice. It is close to the city center and if you come by car it is the best option because you can park free on the street.

El alojamiento era espacioso, tranquilo y limpio, y además estaba muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas. Volvería a elegir este lugar sin dudarlo.
