Pis molt espaiós al costat del centre d'Arrecife, ben situat per conèixer l'illa de Lanzarote. A la cuina hi havia cafè i altres cosetes útils per cuinar.

La caixeta amb les claus està molt amunt i costava molt introduir el codi.
