Una ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro histórico de Sevilla y con una amplia terraza. Además nos dejó entrar antes de la hora establecida el día de llegada y eso nos benefició mucho.

Hay cierta dejadez en hacer alguna remodelación o limpieza a fondo. Sobre todo el gran problema que tuvimos fue la televisión que no se veía ningún canal, creo que relación calidad-precio está un poco subido de lo necesario.

La ubicación y la terraza

Las almohadas bastante desgastadas, la televisión no funcionaba, en el salón entra bastante claridad para quien se quede a dormir en el sofá cama, toallas escasas y a mejorar la limpieza.

Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación, está cerca de todo.

- La calefacción de la casa va por conductos y prácticamente no calienta, el baño no tiene nada de calor y el dormitorio tiene aire acondicionado que tampoco calienta lo suficiente y hace mucho ruido, hay wue apagarlo por las noches para poder dormir. - Limpieza mejorable. - Un único rollo de papel higiénico, tuvimos que comprar. - Las almohadas necesitan un cambio y falta mobiliario en la habitación. - Las toallas bastante usadas, le pedimos una más para poner en el lavabo y nos dijo que no. - Ninguna facilidad para poder dejar las maletas después de hacer el check out, ignorando mensajes vía WhatsApp.
