"A lovely winter break in a great apartment."

The property was spacious, very clean and had a lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun. Jorge was a superb host keeping in touch regularly with us before our visit and made the arrangements to accommodate our 8 month old granddaughter. The apartment is very close to the lake where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants and it is 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade where my granddaughter and I watched the sunrise most mornings! The nearest supermarket is only 5 mins walk too which is great for getting fresh bread etc.

There was nothing to dislike but you should be aware that the beautiful terrace only gets morning sun and that the onsite parking is very handy but very tight if you have a larger vehicle.

The property is located in the heart of Arrecife, so if you are in the island for work, or to attend a conference, this location is ideal. The house was clean, it has a good balcony, and a washing machine.

There are some rules to follow, listed in the property, that would be interesting to share with people before hand. Throughout the stay there is no cleaning or waste collection, that has to be done by the person booking. There are additional rules, so please check with the host if you are not going for work.

The property is superb.the furnishings and facilities are excellent . The provision of dishwasher tablets, soap powder ,washing up liquid ,shower gels etc.is-very good. Couldn’t find any faults .

The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, tidy and pleasant with all the necessary amenities. The host is very kind and available for anything you need. Our stay in the Canaries was wonderful and we will be happy to return.
