Triana Sky View by Valcambre

Excellent location with bars and shops very close by and an easy walk across the bridge to the City Centre. From the balcony (there are two) you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle below and you also have a lovely view over the river and the cathedral in the distance. The air conditioning works well and although the kitchen area is small, it is well equipped. Lots of hanging space for clothes and a reasonable sized bathroom.

We knew in advance that there are several steps to climb to get to the apartment but you need to be aware of this if you are elderly or disabled. Water pressure in the shower is a little low but no big deal.

I enjoyed the views from the apartment and it was surprisingly quiet even though it is in a busy part of the city.

The second bedroom was a bit on the small side with limited space for unpacking and storing clothes.

Location and balcony.

I was so looking forward to staying at this apartment (( First the check-in process was totally stuffed up, took only 3 hours to get in :( with no address and no signs or clear directions, very stressful. Then the wi-fi was broken and fixed on the last day only. The tiny TV didn't work, I had to run to the nearby cafe for wi-fi to communicate with the staff. Nacho, the bottle of wine was a nice gesture and much appreciated, but certainly didn't compensate for the stress and inconvenience we had to endure. You ruined our Seville experience.

Lovely location bright sunny balcony from sunrise to sunset. Although the apartment is on the third floor the stairs were not a problem. Triana is a great location and 20 minutes walk to the busy city centre.

TV switched itself on at 1am every night. Maybe previous guest had set alarm but we didn't get the chance to find out why.

Very comfortable. Clean. Safe. It is in a very active area but very quiet with dual pane windows and shutters for dark rooms if you want that. Super close to anything you will need. About 30 minute walk to the cathedral and palace and Plaza Espana. Nice view of the river. The Triana Market is below and you can find the most exquisite vegetables, fruits, fish, cheese, etc. Bedding was very cozy and soft and comfortable. Host was there to meet us, show us the apartment, help with luggage and any questions. Excellent air conditioning.

It is 4 floors up without elevator. Just in case this is an issue for you. But you are on the top so no noise above you.

lovely apartment with views from gorgeous balconies. It is on the street that crosses the bridge and on the other side there is a pedestrianized street with lots of shops and cafes, below the apartment also is a food market.

we weren't given the street address of the property and had to wait a long time in 40 plus heat for this, we couldn't contact the owner via booking.com. Please make sure you get this as the property isn't quite on the piazza as you would expect, don't think the numbers were sequential on the square either.
