Well located. Very good communication from the host. Everything was to a reasonable standard. Quiet and modern. A bottle of water or something to refresh a weary traveller, would have been welcome. Most hosts stretch to this, at the very least! Small, probably best described as "bijou" Recommended. Would use again.

The key safe needs maintenance, as it does not work properly. The hair dryer was broken.

The apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped - everything basic for cooking was available, as well as a coffee machine and kettle. Even containers and wrapping film to carry a packed lunch, which was great to have.

The location is indeed very central (10mins walk from Charco del Gines and Arrecife city center) but it is in an industrial area close to the port. If you are looking for convenience it can work, but if you want to stay somewhere a bit pretty or picturesque it is not ideal. Other than a couple of minor inconveniences like very small towels and no caffeinated coffee available, everything was OK.

The location is fine, there is some street parking nearby. The room has everything needed, but quite small to be honest.

My stay was great, the apartment is new and spacious. Great localisation in nice area.
