Su ubicación, la terraza a pesar del frío que hacía en estos días , su cama era cómoda , cocina equipada pero sin cafetera espreso

El olor a humedad desagradable que había en la habitación y salón , en general el frío que hacía a pesar del la calefacción parece que no funcionaba muy bien

Excellent location near bus station and airport bus as well as twenty minute pleasant stroll to Cathedral and Alcazar. Lots of shops nearby with great range of food. Very clean, lots of hot water, nice terrace (but couldn't take much advantage due to weather.) Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and living room and nice safe neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again!

We went in a cold period and it took a while to heat the property - a small dedicated fan heater would have helped in cold months, but great blankets provided!

"Fantastic stay for long weekend of Sevilla"

The location is great. Within walking distance of the lively center of the old town, but just outside the crowded area, so peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We used the parking spot in the garage. We found it after following the instructions 😅

Allt var toppen, välstädat och superfin lägenhet. Läget var också bra, nära till sevärdheter. Värdinnan var också toppen och svarade på en gång om vi hade några frågor. Vill absolut rekommendera detta boende! Ett extra plus för parkeringsplatsen i garaget

"Fijn appartement"

Ruim appartement, schoon en huiselijk. Stijlvol en persoonlijk ingericht. Op de tweede, bovenste verdieping van een appartementencomplex met een eigen dakterras. De verhuurder is zeer behulpzaam.

"Little gem in the center of Sevilla"

The place is really convenient. Is quite central, everything is walking distance. And yet, it's on a quiet street with barely any noise, so you can sleep very well at night. The terrace is very cute and useful. We got unlucky with the weather, but managed one dinner there and that was wonderful. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all that you need.

Frankly, there's very little to give feedback on. The place is simple but it's great value for money and has everything that you might need!
