La Terraza Azul

We stayed 4 nights at La Terraza Azul, a little gem located in a quieter area of the city, close to the river and within easy walking distance of all the tourist landmarks. There is a small supermarket and fruiterers just a couple minutes walk around the corner. Communications from Cristina was excellent, she was very accommodating when we had arrived a little earlier than anticipated to collect the keys. She also gave us some great recommendations for some local places to eat. The apartment was cool but homely and had a very relaxed personal touch including some of the owners artwork. Bathroom and kitchen both well stocked. The added bonus was the lovely terrace which was perfect for sitting out in the morning and after a days sightseeing...lovely and green, therefore was more than happy to water the plants!

Everything was good

A very clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. With the temperature around 40° every day, air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room was highly appreciated. Ideal for a couple.

Our stay in the Blue Terrace Apartment was great. Cristina was excellent with directions before we arrived. Her messages with photos were perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed...especially A/C during the recent heat wave. The location is great - close but not too close to the old town - about a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar. 1-2 minute walk to local bars and restaurants and also about 5 minutes to a great supermarket. FYI - it is on the 2nd floor but worth it. Cristina was in touch and very quickly responded to our one little issue and it was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend this property

We really liked the terrace and the comfort of the apartment., which had all aspects that made us feel at home. Also because it was very hot during our stay, we were happy that both air conditioning functioned well.

Great location, very close all major tourist attractions in the city. Very clean, tidy and exceptionally equipped apartment with comfy terrace to chill out . Exceptionally responsive owner, friendly, knowledgeable, always available and ready to help.

Great base to explore Seville Cristina was an excellent host with great communication and lots of info/suggestions on places to visit. Comfortable apartment and great to have the outdoor terrace as well.
