The location was excellent, close to major attractions. Parts of the interior design were nicely done and gave the apartment some character. A big plus was the excellent Japanese restaurant right next door, which was a great and convenient spot for dinner.

The apartment rented for a week during the New Year's period was in very poor condition. There was a lot of mold throughout the apartment - in some places, plaster and pieces of the wall were coming off just from touching it. One of the beds was moldy. The apartment is clearly unsuitable for allergy sufferers or people with asthma, and this was not mentioned in the listing. The balcony was dirty and poorly maintained. The standard of the apartment is absolutely not adequate for the price - it should not be offered at this rate for such a low standard.

o mal cheiro do apartamento. Havia um fedor que começava do hall de entrada até dentro do apartamento. Acho que a rede de esgoto não está bem neste prédio. O fedor de esgoto foi muito desagradável

Tuvimos un problema con una vecina, eran las tres de la mañana y estaba con la guitarra y cantando, pero el anfitrión nos solucionó el problema

Safe area, walking distance to all the main attractions/sights. Lovely outdoor area to sit out in. Has a washing machine and all the essentials. Two bedrooms so kids had their own space. Great space to relax

The upstairs apartment were loud and you could hear every footstep. This is totally out of the property owners control but may be off-putting if you are a light sleeper. They were up very late.

On the main street. Walkable to the main sites. Quiet area. Bars and restaurants available outside and within the area. Nearby convenient store. Clean and comfortable Spacious. Great for family or friends weekend. Has an outdoor bit. All facilities inc. Washing machine, dishwasher, plates and cutlery. Good fridge space. Loved the shower facilities. Warm water and cold water instantly to suit your preference.

Air conditioning across the house through vents. Would benefit a AC unit in summer heat. Can set room temperature but not easy to adjust. Spoken to owners to review already.

The property is amazing. Well located on a street full of bars and restaurants, 10min walk from Mercado de Triana and the old town (just crossing the bridge). Very pleasant during the day, inside the flat is cool in temperature (we didn’t need to turn on AC), even in the terrace.

Not really an issue with the property, but if you are sleeping in the bedroom with window facing the street, then take earplugs. Because it is located on a street with many bars/restaurants, it is still noisy after 1am (extremely noisy) with loud music, people shouting, singing etc.

Close to the centre. Great location. Clean and safe. Basic amenities all there.

Two showers but water comes cold if both showers occupied at the same time.
