Please note that the pool is seasonal and will only be available from June 1st to September 30th. In-person check-in takes place between 15:00 and 20:30. If you plan to arrive later, it will be necessary to schedule an appointment with a member of our team for key collection. Arrivals between 20:30 and 22:30 incur a €30 surcharge, and after 22:30, the surcharge is €50. Please note that the pool is seasonal and will only be available from June 1st to September 30th.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Perfect!"

The highlight of my Spain trip! Highly recommend! This was my favorite accommodation during my tour of Spain. The location is perfect—within walking distance to the city center and all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available online to answer any questions. Definitely stay here if you're in Seville!

L'appartement est très propre. L'emplacement est top et permet de tout faire à pied. Réactivité du propriétaire, cependant quelques points restent à améliorer.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

"It was nice!"

The best apartment, as all the rooms and kitchen located seperately. Two different bathrooms, one with shower, other with bath. We really liked the blankets on beds. It is not very common in spain to use vlankets (often there are just linen for sleeping). All perfect! Thank you!!

"Comfortabel, in de luwte en toch dichtbij de stad"

Dubbele badkamer/toilet (waarvan 1 met bidet). Goede service (via app) van de contactpersoon bij vragen. Buiten de echt toeristische zone gelegen, maar toch dichtbij het centrum (Avenida Menendez y Pelayo even oversteken). La Galantina (om de hoek, aan de Avenida) is een aanrader voor een authentiek Spaans ontbijt en dito sfeer.

In 1 badkamer bleef het water uit de kraan ook na lang wachten koud.

Logement confortable, pas trop éloigné pour rejoindre le centre avec parking sous terrain attenant. La disponibilité du personnel (en ligne), pas de contact direct mais quelqu‘un répond très rapidement en cas de besoin
