Vraiment top situé dans l'épicentre avec parking couvert et protégé moyennant supplément, parking à l'extérieur quasi inexistant dans l'épicentre. Bien décoré, acceuil par la propriétaire pour remise de clés conseils de lieux de visite, restaurants, appartement avec terrasse très agréable avec vue de la pointe de la tour de la cathédrale, endroit calme. Si un point devait être amélioré ce sont les couchages, car 3 lits indépendants, pour des séjours romantiques serait intéressant de pouvoir disposer d'un grand lit pour le couples, je répète ceci n'est pas un point négatif mais serais la cerise sur le gateaux

The location is good and the apartment is large.

The apartment was dirty. Within a minute of walking around, our socks turned from white to black. There was a significant amount of dust on the furniture, to the point that my wife, who only has a mild dust allergy, started experiencing heavy allergy symptoms. One of the two beds had a terrible mattress, which caused both my wife and me to develop back pain. Several items in the apartment were broken, including a door handle, a light fixture, and the toilet seat, which was loose. I had requested a baby cot, and there was one in the room when we arrived, but it was partially folded. We quickly understood why: it was defective and would not stay open.

Rosa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was nötig war.

La ubicación es muy buena, la calle muy tranquila y tiene opción alquilar parking. La dueña muy simpática hubo un problema con la puerta pero se arregló muy rápido y sin ningún tipo de problemas son cosas que pueden pasar. Tiene aire acondicionado que en esta época del año ya hace falta en Sevilla. Tenía de todo jabón, secador toallas agua y todo. Súper

La luz del baño del cuarto podría ser mejor apenas se ve para maquillarte al espejo pero esto son cosas sin importancia.

Location was great for easy walking access to heart of Seville old town. Very spacious unit with 2 bathrooms, a small balcony/table/seating area. Kind personalized instructions when we checked in. She left us a couple of bottles of water, 2 apples, and coffee pods for the machine. Good sized refrigerator and freezer and great supply of cooking/eating utensils. Owner provided recommendations and guidance about the area in person which was very appreciated. We just needed to let her know 20 minutes ahead of time of our arrival so she could meet us in person. Very good communication with her.

There is "restricted access" to the roads in this area and Google maps does not provide correct directions. Narrow roads that are one way (but not well signed) and Google directs you to go the wrong direction. Potential 200 Euro fines for using an unpermitted vehicle during restricted access times according to the internet. We are waiting to see if we were fined and that could take months. Once parked, just leave the vehicle in the garage until you are ready to leave because access is difficult. Having a smaller vehicle is essential, although probably best if you do not have a vehicle. One bathroom has some minor plumbing issues, but nothing severe.
