Comfortable bed. Responsive host and helpful when required

The property was very central, in the old town and shopping district. Good size Aldi grocery was less than 5 minutes away. I traveled with my son and the bedroom had two beds--one about a queen size and the other a full size, This was perfect for us in terms of sleeping arrangement. The living room and bedroom has A/C, which blew cold the few times we used them. There was a small kitchen with microwave, toaster and water-boiler, as well as washing machine. Water pressure was strong and the water was hot. The wifi always worked fine. I asked several questions via Whatsapp to the property manager and they always replied in a friendly and helpful way.

There were only local channels on the TV, which was not ideal for international guests. There as a Movistar remote which suggested there should have been cable or satellite TV, but there was no Movistar box. In the kitchen, there was no coffee or tea, nor any detergent for the washing machine. These would be cheap offerings that would have improved our stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and in the perfect location for all the main sights. The host provided really helpful instructions with photos to get to the property and keys and was contactable via WhatsApp. The area is quiet but we did have a noisy neighbour during the night which was easily resolved with earplugs. The beds were firm and comfortable. The blinds block out all the light. The wifi and the air conditioning worked well. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift.
