The apartment is nice, and the location too, but I can’t give more than 1 star because of the terrible customer service. There was no information in the apartment description about the extra fees for a pet (at least there wasn’t when I booked). After making and confirming the reservation, which I couldn’t cancel for free (probably in my case), they sent a message saying the pet can’t weigh more than 20 kg and that the extra charge is €15 per day. Such a high fee completely changes the situation. I travel a lot with my dog and have never seen a place that charges per day for a pet. And the weight limit… Hiding such an expensive fee is, in my opinion, misleading and dishonest. I tried to contact the apartment for 5 days before arrival. I asked for a free cancellation, because I believe the description was misleading. They clearly wrote about the cost of a baby bed, but nothing about pet fees or weight. I didn’t get any answer — only once they replied that “for the guest’s comfort, the dog can weigh more this time.” I also wrote to Booking.com support several times but got no reply. On the day of arrival, the apartment staff started writing to me on WhatsApp — they were very rude. First, they wrote I had free cancellation (which I didn’t), then said I actually didn’t. It was a mess. Finally, they told me to give them my card details so they could charge €45 for 3 days, otherwise they wouldn’t send me the check-in instructions. 🤷‍♀️ I called Booking.com. One man tried to contact them but they didn’t pick up. He promised to help and asked me to call back in an hour. But then I reached a different person who just told me nothing could be done. I didn’t give my card info — they came to take the money in cash. It was a horrible experience. Not just because of the extra fee, but because of the complete lack of respect and trying to force a solution. I really do not recommend this place to dog owners!

Noisy

The apartment is super clean and modern, nicely furnished with a very comfy bed. Having a bath in the bathroom is a bonus. The location is fabulous with lots of tapas bars in the area , great atmosphere when we visited

When we visited there was a very noisy little dog in one of the other apartments. You can also hear when others are flushing toilets and running water, quite noisy. The apartment didn't have a bottle opener or corkscrew?? Why not? People on holiday will need these items

Really cosy apartment. Everything you need is in it. Lovely interiors and everything was really comfy.

This apartment is clean and tidy with several bars and restaurants only a short walk away.

The main problem is that because the locals stay out late when they return to the apartment block in the early hours they are far from quiet! The whole property feels very dark with very little natural light even with the nets pulled back.

Nice, spacy, comfy place.

Because of the feria a bit overpriced.
