Very cozy and confortable place

The title is true, the apartment is cozy and well located in Seville's Historical center. All the basic stuff was available and the apartment was clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. Pablo, our host, ensured we had all the information we needed for our stay.

There is nothing to dislike in this apartment. It is suitable only for 2 adults and provides excellent location in Seville's major attractions.

The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The host Pablo went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, providing everything we needed for our family of three. His assistance with our luggage, especially considering our late-night flight arrival, was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfast effortlessly. With a wide array of amenities including pots, pans, toaster, kettle, blender, and a coffee machine, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Cooking in such a well-stocked kitchen enhanced our overall experience, adding a touch of home to our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was with the shower, which appeared to require some maintenance. While using the handheld shower, there was a slight issue of cold water dripping from the overhead fixture simultaneously.
