L'appartamento era fornito di tutto, era pulito e in una posizione centralissima. La proprietaria gentilissima.

Comunicare con la proprietaria non è semplicissimo perché parla solo spagnolo, sebbene gentilissima. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, ma con un arredamento forse troppo pieno di oggetti, che a volte limitano gli spostamenti.

Posizione molto buona nel centro storico di Siviglia, in un vicolo silenzioso, il che da la possibilità di riposare bene senza che arrivino i rumori della strada. Monolocale con tutto, cucina inclusa, pulito e ben curato. Ci tornerei.

Non siamo riusciti ad incontrare la proprietaria, comunicando comunque tramite booking in maniera molto efficace e semplice,grazie anche alla sua gentilezza.

Konumu çok merkezi ancak buna rağmen sessiz bir sokakta. Müthiş konforlu bir uyku sağlıyor bu durum. Temizlik iyiydi. Alan yeterli. Isınma problemi yaşamadık.Fiyat-performans gayet iyi. Yine gelsek tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.

The water pressure was a little low and the water was not very hot, however it was alright. Just a minor tip for a future improvement.

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro. Camera pulita e spaziosa con tutti i comfort. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, rispondeva in pochi minuti.

Unica pecca un po’ negativa, ma soggettivo, i cuscini.

Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with from the very beginning until the end. We felt that at any moment, if we needed anything, there was someone there for us, ready to respond with willingness. The apartment itself is in a beautiful building with a lovely inner courtyard. Staying in a place like this truly makes you feel like a part of the city. It had everything one could possibly need: a full kitchen, a large refrigerator, a small living room area, a hairdryer, and much more. We didn't lack anything. It was also perfectly clean and felt very cozy, just like being at home. The location couldn't have been better. It's right in the heart of the city, very close to the Royal Alcázar and less than a minute's walk from a beautiful square full of life and shops, yet the room itself was completely quiet. Couldn't ask for a better location. If we are lucky enough to visit Seville again, we would love to stay with you once more. Your apartment played a central role in how much we enjoyed the city. Thank you again for everything and for making our vacation even better!

The only negative aspect I would like to mention is the bed. While we are not particularly large people, we found it to be a very tight squeeze for two adults, especially in terms of width. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the bed frame tended to creak a bit when we moved, which made for a slightly difficult night's sleep. However, this was the only issue with our stay, and all the other elements of the apartment were so wonderful that we are left with an absolutely positive impression.

Ottima posizione, Cristina gentilissima, ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che c’era da vedere nei dintorni e non. La casa è piccola ma ha tutto, compreso Wi-Fi, zona tranquillissima.
