LA UBICACIÓN ES FANTÁSTICA, TE PERMITE ESTAR EN EL CENTRO, CERCA DE TODO, QUIZÁS CON UN POCO DE RUIDO, PERO LOS DORMITORIOS SON INTERIORES, POR LO QUE NO AFECTA MUCHO A LA HORA DE DORMIR.

LO ÚNICO QUE RESULTABA UN POCO DESAGRADABLE ES EL OLOR DE UNO DE LOS BAÑOS, OLOR A SANEAMIENTO, NO ES QUE ESTUVIESE SUCIO NI MUCHO MENOS. UN PAR DE PERCHAS MÁS NO VENDRÍA MAL Y UN SOFÁ UN POCO MÁS GRANDE SERÍA MAS APROPIADO PARA UN ALOJAMIENTO ASÍ.

The location of the apartments is great!

The floors and bathrooms were dirty. Lots of black hair. It was very unpleasant. Coffee machine capsules are not standard size, they are not sold anywhere. And 5 capsules per week for a family is not serious.

La foto pubblicata su booking dell'appartamento... ATTENZIONE ⚠️ nulla è come sembra!

Qualche ora prima del nostro arrivo a Siviglia, mentre eravamo in volo, ricevo un messaggio dalla struttura che il nostro appartamento al secondo piano era pronto ma che durante il nostro soggiorno l'ascensore sarebbe stato inutilizzabile perché guasto. Poichè era per noi essenziale questo servizio in quanto una delle tre persone che dovevano alloggiare è a ridotta mobilità (86 anni), abbiamo cercato di contattarli, anche tramite assistenza di booking, ma nessuno ha risposto. La triste storia si conclude, prenotando dall'aeroporto di Siviglia, una nuova sistemazione. Non avendo avuto alcun rimborso dalla struttura ( solo una compensazione da booking del 15%) al rientro contatterò il mio legale per fargli causa.

Прекрасное местоположение, исторический центр! Супер квартира, очень чисто, есть все необходимое, в каждой комнате кондиционер. Мы прибыли раньше времени и нам разрешили заселиться почти на 2 часа раньше времени заезда.

La ubicación en pleno centro, la limpieza, las camas y sábanas, los baños. Todo en general genial, muy nuevo y agradable.

No me gustó que me rechazaran la tarjeta en varias ocasiones argumentando que los datos estaban mal introducidos por mí cuando claramente querian cobrar por fuera de la aplicación. Deben de especificarlo en el anuncio para que cada uno decida el riesgo que quiere tomar. Que te digan que introduces los datos erróneamente para cobrar por una pasarela de pago por WhatsApp no me parece serio, sincero ni fiable. Deberían de ser claros y transparentes. Genera desconfianza. Si no fuera por esto, le pondría un 10.
