Large spaces, two bathrooms with perfect temperature water. Good service from the rental company. Quite clean.

The walls are not that well insulated against noise. The first couple of nights we had a lot of trouble sleeping.

Very central location with a 10 min walk to the Alcazar and similarly to the Setas. Apartment was ground floor with the door opening directly onto the street but no major car traffic flows outside. Clean, three rooms, washing machine and drying racks with an excess of airconditioning units! Met by the lovely and patient landlord representative Frederica, who waited 15-20 mins because we got lost in the narrow streets. Apartment was spacious, well furnished and equipped. Espresso machine included. Parking for one car included in the rental.

Parking spot is about 2-3 mins walk away, but in an incredibly tight underground car-park. Our 7 seater just about got through (after a change of driver) but anything bigger would probably not fit. Even then, care needed to avoid scrapes. Espresso machine included but for some reason, only decaf coffee pods included. What's the point of that ? :P

Very nicely specced apartment. Really central - only a few minutes walk from plenty of sights and nice foodie places. Great that it had private, safe, underground parking just a couple of mins walk away. Good communication from them for arrival - very friendly welcome too. A/C was a godsend with 40° plus temperatures outside!

There's no view as such as the windows are few & mostly covered/opaque. But if you're out and about all the time as we were, that's not really an issue. Parking is a bit tricky to access - recommend small to medium cars only!

The location in town was good. It was close to restaurants and shops and a block or so away from a plaza to eat and it also had a playground. They greeted me upon our arrival and showed me around the apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated. The communication from the management company was great.

The rooms were at the same level as the street that runs next to the apartment. The noise from the street was very loud, especially at night when I was trying to sleep. This noise is out of the control of the apartment owners, but I wish I had known as that may have pushed me to look elsewhere. I had a very large cockroach run across my bathroom floor. The ppl in charge came the next day to clean it up for me though.

The locationis great, it's n the old town. Rooms are big and everything was tidy.

Noise from the street comes in badly. The apartment was previously a shop and it's in the ground floor. Theres no outside space.

Location was PERFECT!! Once you get out of the apartment, the bars and restaurants were all there. And it was so central to walk to all the Seville places of interests. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and also on the ground floor so it was so easy to get in and out. We would stay here again if we visit Seville in the future.

Wish the apartment provided more laundry detergent or garbage bags or dishwashing liquid or pods since we were staying 5 nights. It was provided but only gave for 1 wash.

Updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on ground floor close to restaurants/shops. Nice kitchen and spacious dining/living room.

The street is just outside the apartment bedrooms so you hear cars and motorcycles going by during the night, and people talking outside. Getting to the parking garage and getting in/out of the garage was a nightmare. Don’t try to park here unless you have a smaller car. Judith was very helpful in leading us through the extremely narrow streets but our small/midsize SUV barely fit. We were lucky to get out without scratching up the rental car.

Smooth and friendly check-in with good communication. S P A C I O U S and so comfortable for our family six. Cooked several meals here in the well-appointed kitchen. Grateful for the nearby market. Location was perfect for the crowded Semana Santa weekend, and the church bells made it even better! My kids joke that they want bigger towels at home after staying here.

We parked quite far away because of the celebrations, but I would confirm parking for your vehicle. Streets are quite narrow in this part of town.
