"Very comfortable and very convenient"

The proximity to the centre of Auckland was fantastic. Close to Ponsonby and the Viaduct.

It was a little hard to find. The numbers could be a bit bigger. I think I walked past it twice. Could just be me after a long flight being a bit tired.

Lovely, clean, great location and attractive layout. Coffee provided was fantastic. Great wifi, incredibly comfortable beds, extremely quiet, beautiful lap pool sauna and gym and spa. Absolutely perfect for us.

The location was excellent as we were attending a convention about a 2 minute walk from the property. The neighbourhood was quiet, parking was easy. There were excellent communications from the property owner prior to our arrival as to where to find everything.

We liked everything!

Fantastic location! Very well set out and with everything you need. Both good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Nice and modern, clean and bright inside!

Unfortunately....we had a bit of an issue with gaining access to the right lock box etc. Maybe the instructions just need to be a bit clearer. Same with car park instructions.

"Brilliant all round stay for a very acceptable cost."

The facilities were excellent for 3 adults with everything you could possibly need. The property was stylish in a way that we all thought was delightful without being extreme. As older. non athletes we could walk easily around the park to the Sky Tower, a very good plus. Only a short walk away was a New World supermarket and just a little beyond that was the most fabulous small cafe called Queenies where we breakfasted each day.

We were on the margin for warmth with the two heaters just keeping us comfortable when we were sitting in the lounge area (the magnificent high ceiling probably had a lot to do with where the heat went).
