Great location. Right around the corner to tourist attractions. Very spacious apartment for a family. Having three bathrooms was great for a family. Air conditioning worked well. Amenities were good but not great compared to other properties we stayed in other cities during the Spain vacation. For the price paid, it wasn’t a luxurious property and hence not a great value for the money. Still would recommend for its location and spaciousness for a family.

Very hard to communicate with staff. No timely communication. One of the bathrooms wasn’t fully functional. Checking out with multiple locked gates was a nightmare when you were asked to leave the keys in the apartment. Charging for holding the luggage felt like price gouging.

The location

To start with we were told that someone would be there at 5pm to open your for us, he was 20 min late, and we had to wait in the heat The hot didn’t work Cock roaches everywhere There is a kitchen and no cutlery or bowls And last of all the gentlemen that opened the room for us told us we could have the place till 2pm and last min in the day they told us that was impossible so we had to cancel our plans and waste of a day Communication with owner non existent Left my ear pods there and hasn’t even left me know

Location is very central for main attractions. Safe area and quiet at night. Lots of shops bars and restaurants nearby.

No action had been taken on previously reported issues. Damaged stair rail to the terrace (previously reported in March 2023 Freezer not working properly (reported in May 2023) Shower door in one of the en suite can’t be closed so shower floods the bathroom if used (we only tried this shower once during our 5 day stay) General condition of the terrace is very poor. Some of the furniture was damaged, mould and algae on the walls and all the plants dead. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Very few kitchen utensils apart from the basics of plates, cups, knife, fork and spoon. (No knife to cut bread for example).

Fantastic location within walking distance of main attractions. Three bathrooms was a great bonus. The apartment is fairly well equipped. We were made very welcome on arrival.

Overall we had a good stay. The apartment was comfortable but is a little tired and would benefit from a freshen up. We mainly booked the apartment for the terrace, and whilst this is a great addition to the apartment and is quite spacious, it feels very neglected and is not comfortable. Of particular concern is the spiral staircase up to the terrace which was in need of immediate repair and was therefore not very safe, so we ended up not using the terrace that often. The single bedroom is very small. Each bedroom only gets one hand towel and one bath towel, so you may want to bring some extra.
