Little details but: coffee maker missing a part -could not make coffee. One of the large window doors to the balcony was warped -very difficult to open. No Dish/ pan to use to cook in the toaster oven. Could not find the plug for kitchen sink and no towel provided to dry dishes. Strong sewage smell in the halls and bathroom at times. A lot of street noise - luckily not heard in bedroom as it was in the back of the apartment.

Ideal for a 3 person family, the bathroom is though the bedroom and the single bed is in the living room. Condo is on the 1st floor with a lift and was quiet for a busy area of Seville. Very clean throughout. I travelled alone and the condo provided everything. The Dia supermarket was close. I would choose to stay again

The kitchen was great so that we could prepare our own meals some of the time. Beds were comfortable and bathroom very good. Location was amazing, easy walking distance to many attractions.

We didn't have enough toilet paper, 3 people for 4 days needed more than 1 roll.

Great location with a plaza full of restaurants right around the corner, and a great bakery (panaderia) right outside the door. The washing machine with detergent was a very welcome addition.

Check-in hours were restrictive and confusing. I felt like I was getting shaken down when the lady who let us in said I owed her $20 extra for not checking in at 3 p.m. (I had called ahead to let the owner know we were traveling by bicycle and wouldn't be there until 5:30.) The only time we had this kind of trouble during 30 days in Spain.

Pablo was good to communicate with. I was able to check in a couple hours early as the apartment was ready - much appreciated. Pablo met me with the key and gave me a tour of the apartment. The location is perfect. It’s just seconds or minutes to patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very clean and although I did not do any cooking, it seemed to have all the essentials for cooking. The bedroom was surprisingly large and very comfortable bed. The washroom was quite functional. Great shower with good water pressure. The AC and wifi worked excellently. I really liked the little balcony. It gave great light for the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment.

I noticed in the photos a table, but I don’t recall seeing a table. Maybe it was folded up and tucked away. There were several loose chairs in the living room area that made that area a little cramped.

A heads-up for anyone who's thinking of booking this place: they have a lot of extra charges that they conveniently do not mention on the listing here. And only after you've made the booking will they send you the long essay that's the list of the extra charges. You might be lucky to have your itinerary works out so that no extra charges apply, or you're not, it's a gamble. When being questioned about this lack of transparency, they were very confident that it's very normal not to disclose extra charges until a guest has booked and paid (and in my case, chose the non-refundable option because we were literally booking for the next day). I said it was not normal and a dishonest business practice, to which they said, and I quote, "that is your opinion". Technically true, so I invite you all to have your own opinion on this, and decide for yourself if you want to have anything to do with a business like this. Oh, the apartment itself was nothing to write home about. Bathroom and the hallway on the ground floor sometimes reeked of sewer smell. Sound insulation was terrible, you could hear people talking in the street as if they were in the same room with you, even with the balcony door closed. Good luck sleeping on the weekend.
